Simply send us a clear photo of your pet (front-facing is best) along with your choice of shirt style, color, and any personalized details like name, birth year, or a special quote.

2. How long does it take to receive my order?

Design & Production Time: Typically 2–3 business days.

Shipping Time: Typically 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

We always strive to deliver as quickly as possible!

3. Can I edit the design before it’s finalized?

Yes! We’ll send you a mockup for approval before production. You can request up to two free revisions to ensure everything is perfect.

4. Is the embroidery/print durable? Will it peel or fade?

We use high-quality embroidery and professional printing technology to ensure long-lasting products. To maintain the best condition, we recommend gentle hand washing or using a delicate machine wash cycle.

5. Do you accept rush orders?

Yes! We offer an Express Production Service for an additional fee. If you need your custom item urgently, please contact us directly — we’ll do our best to help!

6. What happens if there’s a mistake with my order?

No worries! If there’s an error in production (wrong design, defects, or wrong item sent), we offer 100% refund or free replacement.

7. Can I have multiple pets on one shirt?

Absolutely! We can embroider or print 2–3 pets on the same shirt. Additional fees may apply depending on the number and complexity of the designs.

8. What if my pet photo isn’t perfect?

No problem! Our design team will optimize your photo for the best embroidery/print quality. 

9. What sizes are available?

We offer sizes from S to 5XL, covering both regular and plus sizes. If you need help choosing the right size, feel free to reach out to us!

10. Can I order a custom shirt as a gift for someone?

Of course! Custom pet apparel makes a meaningful and heartfelt gift. Let us know if it’s a gift — we can even offer gift wrapping upon request! 🎁
